About the role

Product Manager Intern (Paid) at Peakflo (India/Remote) focused on bridging engineering and global finance customers to design and scale agentic workflows for Procure-to-Pay and Invoice-to-Cash, including AI features and multi-channel triggers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize autonomous workflows for Procure-to-Pay and Invoice-to-Cash processes; contribute to AI features like AI Browser Agents, Voice AI for collections, and Gen-AI-powered reporting.
  • Assist in defining the product strategy and roadmap for specific modules; own high-impact features (e.g., multi-channel process triggers, Vendor/Customer portals, touchless posting).
  • Act as the connector between engineering, design, and go-to-market teams; deepen integrations with ERPs (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and business tools.
  • Engage with B2B clients to uncover pain points and translate insights into epics and user stories.
  • Drive product development from ideation to launch using Agile methodologies; define AS-IS and TO-BE states of financial processes and tailor AI to client needs.
  • Define and track product metrics (KPIs) such as workflow completion rates and error reduction; evaluate self-optimization of agentic systems using LLM-related frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (including internships) in Product Management, Tech, FinTech, or Management Consulting.
  • Excellent English communication skills; ability to translate AI/financial concepts into business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; systems-thinking approach to B2B workflows.
  • High user empathy and focus on reducing customer friction.
  • Attention to detail; thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Interest in Agentic AI and its enterprise impact.
