About the role

Delivery Manager for enterprise implementations to design and run Peakflo’s delivery function, owning multiple complex ERP/go-live projects and building the delivery operating model under founder mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Carry three to four enterprise accounts at once across the implementation lifecycle (AS-IS discovery, TO-BE design, configuration, SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare).
  • Own RAID log, UAT test tracker, and delivery plan for accounts; ensure issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and changes are logged with type, severity, owner, and date.
  • Own master project plan with phases, milestones, dependencies, and critical path; forecast slippage and maintain recovery plans.
  • Run structured UAT with enterprise finance teams; define and enforce regression rules; ensure test evidence is captured at testing time.
  • Manage client stakeholder relationships and escalate risks early with mitigation plans.
  • Ensure engineering handover: convert tracked items to tickets with sufficient context; keep tickets moving and aligned with reality.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycle (AS-IS TO-BE, configuration, SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare) and ensure signoff is written.
  • Translate delivery signal into product feedback and prioritize improvements based on frequency and revenue impact.
  • Direct the delivery pod (engineers, QA, ML engineers, forward-deployed engineers) and collaborate with product/engineering leadership.
  • Provide weekly executive reporting on moves, blockers, risks, and actions.
  • Own ownership rules, baselining of plans, and coverage for planned absences.

Qualifications

  • Around 5 years in enterprise ERP delivery at a consultancy or systems integrator, with SAP FI/CO, MM or P2P background preferred.
  • Around 5 years leading enterprise B2B SaaS implementations with UAT, defect triage, integration testing and cutover on ERP-go-lives.
  • Around 5 years in strategy consulting followed by an operating/delivery role (evidence of shipping software).
  • Experience owning RAID logs and plans with a real critical path; proactive in forecasting slippage.
  • Ability to direct a mixed technical pod and obtain committed dates from non-reporting staff.
  • Experience running SIT and UAT with enterprise customers; writing scripts, assigning cases, chasing testers, defending exit criteria.
  • Strong written English; ability to compress workshops into actionable deliverables.
  • Experience communicating slips to customers with plans and maintaining relationships.
  • Extreme attention to detail and temperament to maintain rigor over time.
