About the role

Six-month internship inside a live enterprise implementation with a path to Associate Delivery Manager after six months, based on published criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a single source of truth by capturing all issues, risks, actions, decisions, dependencies and new requirements in the RAID log and test tracker; issue meeting minutes after client sessions.
  • Convert tracked items into engineering tickets with context for engineers; draft and hand over weekly executive status reports.
  • Lead a UAT workstream: write test scripts, assign tester cases, chase verdicts, and evidence test runs; travel for UAT week with client testers.
  • Learn domain concepts (three-way match, GRN, company code, credit note) in production context.
  • Meet six conversion criteria through month six (or month nine if UAT start is delayed).
  • Collaborate with founders, Delivery Manager, delivery pod, and customer finance contacts; operate under formal tracker schemas and regression policies.

Qualifications

  • Master's completing in 2026, or completed within the last twelve months
  • One to three years of full-time work before the Master's
  • Exceptional written English
  • India-based, able to work 08:00 to 18:00 IST with one week of client-site travel during internship
