About the role

A hands-on role bridging HR technology and internal People teams to optimize Deel’s HR systems, including ATS and Payroll, and support product development and organization management.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the People Success and Compensation teams to understand and improve Deel's ATS, Payroll, and other People products; provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Support and execute organizational structure changes within the HR systems to ensure hierarchy accuracy, reporting reliability, and smooth change management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Deel People modules, including ATS, Payroll, etc.
  • Advise stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create documentation and deliver training/support for system enhancements to the People team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on ATS and payroll systems.
  • Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with people processes such as onboarding, performance cycles, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical topics into business language.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in a global company is a plus.
