About the role

A role focused on HR technology, system administration, stakeholder management, and collaboration with product teams to optimize Deel’s People systems including ATS and Payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the People Success and Compensation teams to understand product needs for Deel ATS, Payroll, and other products, providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Support and execute organizational structure changes within the system to ensure hierarchy accuracy, reporting reliability, and seamless change management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Deel People modules, including ATS and Payroll.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for stakeholders, blending technical solutions with business needs.
  • Partner with People, Product, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations.
  • Document and deliver training, support, and communication regarding system enhancements to the people team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on HRIS and ATS configuration and administration.
  • Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with people processes such as onboarding, performance, compensation cycles, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical topics into clear business language.
  • Adaptability and a team-player mindset in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in a global company is a plus.
