About the role

Hybrid role in San Francisco focusing on end-to-end implementation of Collectly's SaaS solutions for healthcare facilities, including project management, client engagement, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
  • Serve as clients' primary point of contact during the implementation phase, understanding their needs, and guiding alignment with Collectly solutions.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of the software.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize and configure the software to meet specific client needs while following best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address implementation-related issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Create detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployment of new products.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in healthcare or healthcare SaaS.
  • Proven project management experience delivering complex implementations from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software systems and ability to discuss technical concepts with development teams.
  • Strong client-facing interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally and adapting in a fast-paced culture.
