About the role

Position at Yuzu, a tech-enabled TPA building infrastructure for health plans. Role focuses on process creation for collecting and paying invoices, designing internal/external reports, and ensuring funds are available to pay claims, with collaboration across internal stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build processes around collecting and paying invoices
  • Design internal and external reports
  • Ensure money is available to pay claims
  • Talk to internal stakeholders to help design, debug, and refine product features
  • Talk to partners to communicate and enforce processes
  • Adapt job as automation reduces repetitive tasks and the business grows

Qualifications

  • Open to entry-level applicants
  • Experience with Excel and other data manipulation tools
  • Aptitude for explaining numbers and understanding complex payment structures
  • Ethical and compassionate Person
  • Creative and collaborative mindset
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and drive to win
  • Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in West Village NYC
