About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own retention and growth on your book. GRR and NRR, with the renewals and expansion conversations that produce them.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role.
  • Fluency and innate curiosity surrounding AI.
  • Confident communicator with ability to guide customers through the AI revolution in recruiting.
  • Understanding of revenue-driving roles and targets.
  • Love for experimenting and iterating without fear of failure.
