About the role

Role centered on coordinating between customers, sales, and engineering to design and deploy AI agents that automate hospitality workflows. Primary focus is managing accounts and translating customer requirements into repeatable AI solutions, with hands-on involvement in product discovery and collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Be the central coordinator between customers, sales, and engineering.
  • Translate customer requirements into repeatable AI agents that run the customer’s workflows.
  • Bring feature requests, bug fixes, and product discovery back to engineering.
  • Account management (roughly 70% accounts, 30% product).
  • Conduct onboarding, account refinement, and quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Build AI agents and automation; unblock walls with engineering when needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Onsite in San Francisco, US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
  • Systems-oriented; experience building automations
  • Strong customer-facing skills and preference for face-to-face interaction
  • Desire to improve processes beyond baseline functionality
  • Bonus: experience with non-technical businesses
