About the role

Owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…) within the Brand team, responsible for editorial strategy, content creation, voice, campaigns, community engagement, performance analysis, and AI-enabled content processes.

Responsibilities

  • The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned
  • A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy)
  • Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • French fluent level, with flawless written French
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication
  • Spanish or Dutch is a plus
  • Based in France
