About the role

Omniscient is an organic growth agency delivering revenue-focused organic growth for B2B software. This role sits in the Off-Page/Digital PR function and focuses on earned media campaigns that blend link acquisition with brand mentions, original research, Reddit strategy, and AI/SEO visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage link acquisition campaigns. Plan, execute, and iterate on link-building campaigns across your portfolio of accounts. Prospect high-authority, editorially relevant sites; craft personalized pitches; secure placements that improve domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Run brand mention and digital PR outreach. Identify unlinked brand mentions, product citations, and earned media opportunities; pitch client stories, data, and expertise to journalists, bloggers, newsletter authors, and podcast hosts.
  • Distribute original research and data-driven content. Collaborate with Creative to package and promote original research reports, surveys, and data studies; build outreach campaigns to turn proprietary data into earned coverage and backlinks.
  • Develop and execute Reddit engagement strategies. Map relevant subreddits, understand community norms, and create engagement playbooks to position clients as credible contributors.
  • Collaborate across channel teams. Align link targets with keyword priorities with On-Page/Organic Growth; coordinate with Creative on assets; share outreach intelligence.
  • Report on performance and iterate. Track metrics (links, brand mentions, referring domains, referral traffic); analyze and optimize campaigns; own the numbers for your accounts.
