About the role

Senior Ops & Product Builder responsible for owning critical and ambiguous operational challenges, shaping strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and building scalable solutions impacting Alan’s P&L and member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Saving millions through fraud detection: building a detection capability, tooling decisions, negotiations, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
  • Building a global recovery engine: billing monitoring, assets & partnerships to reduce costs, global recovery system adaptable to local legislation.
  • Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: defining operating model, resourcing under uncertainty, scaling quality, and driving international replication.
  • Reinventing healthcare expense payment: negotiating with suppliers and reducing budget line while improving member satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
  • High level of structure and strong analytical skills (including SQL fluency for data analysis)
  • Independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>10M€/year business impact)
  • Ability to define vision and roadmap, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
  • Strong prioritization with partial information and autonomous management of external partnerships
  • Thought leader with innovative AI and automation applications across teams
  • Strong mentoring ability and community impact
