About the role

Senior Data Analyst to own measurement and improvement of courier excellence in Relay’s Last Mile network, partnering with data scientists, engineers and ops to evolve performance frameworks, handover optimization, and courier-facing analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own how Relay measures and improves courier excellence across the Last Mile network.
  • Model, run experiments, design measurement, and quantify trade-offs in handovers (speed, quality, risk).
  • Define and evolve the performance management framework to drive fleet quality; evaluate interventions and close the loop for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product, ops and engineering; own analytics.
  • Develop courier-facing analytics to improve transparency of performance and rewards; run experiments to evaluate interventions.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in SQL
  • Ability to design and read experiments, build risk scores and segmentation, and ship descriptive analysis that informs weekly decisions.
  • Comfort working with high autonomy and in a Product/Programme Manager-like capacity (defining roadmap and executing against it).
  • Strong systems-thinking approach to break complex problems into components.
