About the role

Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents and drive the end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) in production, partnering with enterprises and startups to deploy scalable AI agent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and London startups to embed AI agents across business stacks
  • Build the future of the Sierra platform by shaping core tooling and features with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
