About the role

Software Engineer focused on building and advancing Sierra's agent building platform, including simulation/benchmarking, content management tooling, and the agent development lifecycle for AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Simulation & Benchmarking: craft a simulation platform to test AI agents against real-world scenarios.
  • Content Management: create no-code tools to guide and test AI agents.
  • Agent Development Lifecycle: adapt software development methodologies for AI agents’ non-deterministic behavior and NL interactions.
  • Generative Agent Development: accelerate agent creation using generative tools and build self-improving systems based on real-world interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
  • Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
