About the role

Full-time on-site role building the data and personalization infrastructure for Sierra’s context engine, including real-time data pipelines, memory/personalization systems, and analytics, to power AI agents across customer conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Join a full-stack data team building systems that make AI agents smarter with every interaction
  • Build real-time pipelines, analytics products, and personalization primitives
  • Own data foundations including real-time eventing, streaming and batch ETL pipelines, and Iceberg-based data lakehouse
  • Develop systems for long-term agent memory and reusable Customer Data Platform primitives
  • Implement optimization loops to personalize interactions and lift business outcomes

Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Skills

Required:Data system design and operation at scaleBackend and distributed systems
Nice to have:Data governance and testingData modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas)Full-stack development
