About the role
Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) in collaboration with enterprises and startups, shaping Sierra's AI agent platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, defining best practices.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale.
- Build the future of the Sierra platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating across research, product, and platform teams.
Qualifications
- Language fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
