About the role
Product Manager role focused on building enterprise-grade AI agents, partnering with engineers and customers to ship agents handling thousands of conversations daily, shaping the product roadmap and engaging with customers to tailor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents: work with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations a day.
- Engage with customers: discover and assess requirements, prepare and present demonstrations, address technical challenges with technical counterparts, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit customer needs, become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies.
- Shape the product roadmap: scope and implement new features with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including AI developments.
- Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
