About the role

Data Full Stack role at Alan within the Data team, focused on delivering insights, features, and tools powered by data to support health prevention and care. Emphasis on ownership across analytics, engineering, and science with a nimble data stack.

Responsibilities

  • - Going deep into health consumption patterns
  • - Understanding product usage
  • - Creating visibility to help the sales team perform
  • - Automating how we reimburse our members
  • - Building products that help our members stay healthy
  • - Contributing to analytics, engineering, and science across the data spectrum
  • - Owning infrastructure and tooling to organize data and serve it to the company

Qualifications

  • - Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R
  • - Experience or willingness to grow in analytics, engineering, and science (full stack data)
  • - Demonstrated impact in a first successful experience
  • - Ability to set a high standard of rigor and precision
  • - Great listening and communication skills
  • - Humble, kind, collaborative, and growth-oriented
  • - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • - Alignment with C1-E level salary range (as per internal range)
