About the role

Role focused on increasing Metaview’s visibility and attractiveness to exceptional technical talent in San Francisco by building relationships with student communities, engineers, founders, and operators, and leading activities to turn Metaview into a talent magnet.

Responsibilities

  • Organize events and sponsorships (e.g., dinner for Stanford CS students, Systems @ Berkeley event, founder-engineer gatherings)
  • Coordinate university ambassador programs and sponsor evaluations
  • Reach out to student leaders and build relationships with technical communities
  • Plan and execute activities to increase Metaview’s presence in the startup ecosystem
  • Work with product leadership and recruiting to boost awareness among exceptional technical talent
  • Drive initiatives to build meaningful relationships with students, founders, engineers, and operators
  • Turn Metaview into a talent magnet

Qualifications

  • Ideal background includes leading a major student organization, running a conference, building a community, startup founder experience, recruiting experience, university recruiting, partnerships, or operations
  • Strong ability to create momentum and drive engagement with technical communities
  • Ability to work with product leadership and recruiting to increase awareness among engineers in SF
