About the role

Finance & Strategy team focused on building credible plans, monitoring performance, and enabling better decision-making across Alan. Role centers on strategy & planning, financial performance monitoring, and partnership with C-level to drive growth, efficiency, and value.

Responsibilities

  • Build our business plan to increase enterprise value including go-to-market, pricing & margin steering, resource allocation, and operating leverage levers
  • Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value drivers and opportunities, and automate monthly deep-dives with Finance production
  • Steer performance through high-impact initiatives (e.g., procurement tool, pricing) and conduct targeted explorations (e.g., M&A, transformative partnerships, competitive intelligence)
  • Contribute to investor relations and financing activities, including preparing Board meetings, fundraising, and external communications
  • Build, improve, and maintain best-in-class tools for financial planning and performance monitoring in collaboration with Data, Business and Finance teams
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations to produce and interpret monthly financial performance and drive specific projects

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in Management consulting or Investment Banking or similar at a top tech scale-up
  • Excellence in Financial modeling
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong interest in working closely with other teams to understand operational details and provide support (Business, Data)
  • Experience working with C-Levels
  • Hands-on, end-to-end project ownership from framing to tool-building and communication
  • Thrives in a high-intensity environment
