About the role

Video Editor Intern who understands internet culture, loves storytelling, and can turn raw footage into content across social & brand campaigns. Collaborates with founders, marketing and creative teams to produce campaigns, ads, social content, and brand stories with business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Edit ad creatives, product videos, testimonials and brand campaigns.
  • Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos with compelling storytelling and pacing.
  • Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and final mastering to ensure premium-quality output.
  • Organize footage and maintain a structured editing workflow.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, editing styles, and viral content formats.
  • Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling angles.

Qualifications

  • 0-6 months of professional video editing experience.
  • Experience working with startups, D2C brands, agencies, creators, or content teams is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.
