About the role

Intern role focused on social media content creation, influencer marketing, and end-to-end collaboration to grow Cityfurnish’s brand presence in India through creative, data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Spot emerging trends, viral formats, memes, and cultural moments before everyone else.
  • Brainstorm fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Help plan, execute, and manage the social media content calendar.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creators to bring content ideas to life.
  • Write catchy captions, engaging hooks, and relatable social media copy.
  • Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
  • Discover and shortlist relevant influencers, UGC creators, and micro-influencers who fit the Cityfurnish brand.
  • Take ownership of influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate collaborations end-to-end, from initial outreach and briefing to content delivery and publishing.
  • Come up with creative influencer campaign concepts that go beyond typical promotional content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.
  • Track campaign performance, deliverables, and results.

  • Chronically online: understands Instagram culture, trends, and Gen Z.
  • Creative and curious: bring ideas and willingness to experiment.
  • Excellent communicator: confident reaching out to creators and pitching ideas.
  • Organized and accountable: able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experiment-driven: comfortable trying new things and learning from results.
  • High energy, positive attitude and a bias for action.
