Responsibilities

  • Join the team in charge of building smart products offering the most delightful and scalable Customer Service to 1M+ members.
  • Develop and maintain AI-enabled solutions that handle a portion of member questions, with seamless handoffs to care experts when needed.
  • Build the cockpit for handoff between AI and humans, including tooling for care experts to steer, correct, and enhance AI outputs.
  • Routing requests, surfacing the right context at the right moment, and drafting replies; maintaining human-in-the-loop control.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years building scalable software systems
  • Full-stack experience (backend and frontend)
