About the role

Principal role acting as fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for clients, leading AI transformation engagements from win to delivery, embedding with CEO-level leadership, and driving revenue through Applied AI expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Win the business. Convert high-intent executive relationships into signed engagements and close deals.
  • Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership to diagnose opportunities and shape actionable AI paths.
  • Mobilize delivery. Stand up engagements quickly and ensure delivery focuses on outcomes.
  • Own and grow the relationship. Maintain executive-level partnership beyond initial project and expand over time.

Qualifications

  • Executive-level relationship-building and trust with CEOs
  • Relentless learning agility and curiosity to become expert across multiple domains within 90 days
  • Strategic and business acumen to translate AI opportunities into enterprise value
  • Relationship-driven with a track record of durable, long-term partnerships
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and PMs—strong judgment to resolve blockers
  • Strong revenue instincts and ability to close deals
