About the role

Principal role serving as fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for clients, driving AI strategy and delivery with executive-level influence, revenue responsibility, and hands-on delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Win the business. Convert high-intent executive relationships into signed engagements and close deals.
  • Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership to diagnose opportunities and define actionable AI paths.
  • Mobilize delivery. Stand up engagements quickly and steer them toward measurable outcomes, coordinating PMs and engineers to ship value.
  • Own and grow the relationship. Maintain executive-level partnership beyond the first project and expand the collaboration over time.
