About the role

Principal responsible for acting as the fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for clients, leading AI transformation engagements from business development through delivery, and driving revenue by delivering enterprise AI value.

Responsibilities

  • Win the business. Convert warm, high-intent executive relationships into signed engagements and close deals.
  • Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership to diagnose opportunities and shape actionable AI strategies.
  • Mobilize delivery. Stand up engagements quickly and ensure delivery is outcome-driven, coordinating PMs and engineers to ship value.
  • Own and grow the relationship. Maintain executive-level partnerships beyond the initial project and expand the collaboration over time.

Qualifications

  • Executive trust and credibility with CEOs and leadership teams
  • Relentless learning agility and curiosity to become a technical expert within 90 days
  • Strategic and business acumen to translate AI opportunities into enterprise value
  • Relationship-driven with long-term relationship ownership
  • Ability to work with and influence engineers and PMs, providing senior judgment
  • Revenue instinct and commercial drive to close and grow opportunities
