About the role

Principal, AI Transformation role focused on driving AI strategy, engagement leadership, and delivery for Healthcare and Life Sciences clients. Acts as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer, winning business, embedding with CEO-level clients, and mobilizing delivery teams to realize AI-enabled enterprise value.

Responsibilities

  • Win the business. Convert executive relationships into signed engagements and close deals.
  • Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership, diagnose opportunities, and chart actionable paths.
  • Mobilize delivery. Stand up engagements quickly and drive value-focused delivery rather than just planning.
  • Own and grow the relationship. Maintain executive-level partnership beyond the initial project.

Qualifications

  • Executive-level relationship management and credibility with CEOs and leadership teams
  • Rapid learning agility and ability to become an expert across technical and industry topics within 90 days
  • Strategic and business acumen to translate AI opportunities into enterprise value pathways
  • Relationship-driven with ability to build durable, long-term partnerships
  • Team-oriented with ability to work with engineers and PMs and unblock blockers
  • Revenue instinct with commercial drive to close opportunities
