About the role
Product Manager for AI Education responsible for enabling Basis employees to effectively use AI, staying at the frontier of model and tool changes, designing company-wide programs and playbooks, and embedding education into workflows to drive adoption and impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead adoption of AI across Basis, ensuring employees work differently and agents handle more valuable work
- Design company-wide programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops
- Build skills and agents that teach people in the flow of work
- Own the education system for frontier techniques, translating them into scalable, trusted company-wide practices
- Test and evaluate new models and tools, build workflows, and provide clear guidance to engineers and non-engineers
- Identify capability gaps, implement interventions, and measure behavioral changes across teams
- Balance speed and curiosity with reliability and security in an expanding organization
- Operate in a highly self-directed role, prioritizing the greatest impact and adoption
