About the role

Psychothérapeute for Alan’s new teletherapy service in Quebec. Contract role targeting licensed therapists to join a fast-growing, prevention-forward health platform delivering integrated insurance, prevention, and care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide teletherapy services to Alan members in Quebec (primarily in French)
  • Contribute to the launch and ongoing operation of Alan’s teletherapy service in Quebec and broader Canada
  • Participate in team meetings and collaboration within the Medical Team
  • Engage in a recruitment and feedback-driven process to continuously improve patient care

Qualifications

  • Mastering French (oral and written)
  • Right to practice psychotherapy in Quebec (OPQ psychologist in good standing; or OPQ-approved psychotherapist license; or physician licensed by the Collège des médecins du Québec to practice psychotherapy
  • French language proficiency recognized for admission to the order if studies were not in French (OQLF exam)
  • Good knowledge of CBT, schema therapy, EMDR or ACT
  • Specialties aligned with member needs: stress, burnout, self-esteem, depression, trauma
  • Adult therapy specialization
  • 5 to 7+ years of professional experience
  • Availability of at least 3 hours per week
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms
  • Professional liability insurance coverage minimum CAD 5M
