About the role

Recruiting operations-focused role overseeing candidate experience, interview operations, onsite experiences, scalable processes, and AI-enabled improvements to recruitment at Ode with Anthropic.

Responsibilities

  • Own every operational touchpoint throughout the interview process, from scheduling to coordinating offers.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across executives, hiring managers, and candidates while balancing speed, quality, and candidate preferences.
  • Own every detail of in-person interviews, including greeting candidates, preparing interview rooms, coordinating lunches, and ensuring interviewers are ready.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting operations; create documentation, standardize workflows, improve scheduling processes, and refine team processes.
  • Experiment with AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive work, streamline coordination, and improve candidate and recruiter experience.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex calendars
  • Systems mindset with tendency to improve processes rather than just follow them
  • Curiosity about AI and excitement to use it to redesign recruiting workflows
  • Experience with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus
