About the role
Metaview is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale an EMEA sales segment, owning performance, coaching, playbooks, and operating cadence. You will build and optimize the team, processes, and reporting to drive growth without compromising quality.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance and quota of a sales segment (SMB / MM)
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a growing team of quota-carrying sellers
- Adapt and scale MEDDIC and Command of the Message sales playbook for your segment, creating a repeatable approach that can scale
- Establish the operating cadence, reporting, and performance visibility needed to run the team effectively
- Partner with sales enablement to turn training and methodology into consistent execution across the team
- Help hire and onboard exceptional sales talent as the EMEA organization expands
Qualifications
- Experience leading a high-performing B2B sales team
- A builder’s mindset with experience creating or improving sales playbooks, systems, and operating structures
- Strong coaching and talent-development skills with a track record of raising performance
- Systems thinking with ability to translate growth goals into processes, reporting, and rhythms
- Excellent customer-facing judgment for complex commercial conversations
- Experience in mid-market, SMB, or building a new regional sales motion
- High agency, high standards, and comfort operating in a building environment
