About the role
Product Manager role focused on building enterprise-grade AI agents, engaging with customers, and shaping the product roadmap for Sierra’s agent development initiative, with fluency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents: partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
- Engage with customers: discover and assess requirements, prepare and present demonstrations, address technical challenges, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents, become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies.
- Shape the product roadmap: scope and implement new features with engineering and product development teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
