About the role

Brand Marketing Associate role focused on scaling Alan’s brand internationally, building playbooks, shaping flagship international events, and supporting product launches with a creative, structured approach.

Responsibilities

  • Build the International Playbook. Define how Alan's brand shows up in a new market and translate learnings from launches in Spain, Belgium and Canada into a reusable playbook.
  • Shape our flagship international health event. Benchmark category-defining events and develop the concept, format and multi-country activation plan to a concrete resource plan.
  • Build the Product Launch Playbook. Create a repeatable go-to-market approach (positioning, messaging, channels, sequencing) and test with Product Marketing on a real upcoming launch.
  • Be the Creative Director's thought partner. Turn vision into concrete initiatives and help set and track Brand team's OKRs.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand or communications (agency, scale-up or corporate)
  • Solid marketing and go-to-market fundamentals: positioning, messaging, channels, launch sequencing
  • Excellent structuring and writing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • French is a plus
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
