About the role
Senior Analyst, Pricing Programs & Analytics at SentinelOne, combining program execution and applied pricing analytics to manage the Flex pricing program, drive adoption, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Flex Program Operations & Administration
- Maintain and administer day-to-day mechanics of the Flex program — rule documentation, eligibility criteria, CPQ floor configurations, and Deal Desk guidance — ensuring program parameters are reflected in systems and materials.
- Own the Flex enhancement roadmap tracker: documenting Fast Follow and Future Enhancements, tracking owners, sequencing dependencies, and flagging at-risk items across quarters.
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-through on approved enhancements with IT, CPQ, Deal Desk, and Enablement while avoiding direct senior stakeholder conversations.
- Produce and maintain requirements documentation for CPQ and system changes; translate program changes into executable specifications and coordinate Deal Desk validation.
- Program Analytics & Commercial Intelligence: consume outputs from Pricing Guidance Engine to produce adoption/compliance reporting; analyze alignment to guidance, discount concentration, and impact on win rates, velocity, and expansion.
- Build and maintain program-specific performance views atop Advanced Analytics baselines (e.g., Flex attach rates, deal size distributions, remix frequency, platform expansion).
- Own price waterfall interpretation at the program level; identify margin leakage and feed findings back to Advanced Analytics.
- Produce deal behavior analysis linking Flex/program participation to field outcomes to inform leadership on deal quality.
- Participate in price realization: measure gaps between list pricing and realized price after discounts and incentives.
- Analyze transactional data to identify trends and anomalies by segment, route to market, geography, or deal type; distinguish systematic gaps from exceptions.
- Surface insights connecting Flex participation to pricing spread and program behavior.
- Field Feedback & Program Intelligence: own seller/partner feedback collection, design surveys, compile results, and create actionable summaries.
- Maintain a running tracker of field feedback across Slack, Deal Desk escalations, and stakeholder calls; surface recurring friction points with evidence.
- Build and maintain QBR materials for Pricing Programs, translating performance data into leadership-ready assets.
- Process Documentation & Enablement Content: create and maintain internal Flex process docs (flows for remixes, migrations, scenarios) published via Highspot, with version control.
- Maintain comprehensive internal Flex guide as single source of truth for AEs, CSMs, Deal Desk, channel sellers, and new hires; update as rules evolve.
- Refresh field-facing program materials (seller cheat sheet, one-pagers, FAQs, eligibility summaries) as pricing rules change.
- Support development of sales motion-specific enablement assets (ICP materials, success stories, deal structuring guides) with Enablement and Product Marketing.
