About the role

Enterprise Sales Engineer focused on healthcare, leading end-to-end technical pre-sales, GTM collaboration, and customer-facing technical leadership in Enterprise healthcare opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • GTM technical expert: scope customer use cases, articulate business value, design and demo Sierra’s platform, lead technical and architecture reviews, and act as trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM and improve Agents via customer-driven product development.
  • Lead & support customers in early conversations, understanding and anticipating their needs to advance the AI solution.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
  • Past demo building, presenting, and GTM exposure with customers or clients.
  • Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
  • Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
  • Ability to connect business problems to Sierra’s solutions and explain to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools effectively in discovery, solution design, demos, prototypes, and technical proposals, with ownership of accuracy of customer-facing outputs.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above; CS or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
