About the role

Full-stack growth-focused engineering role responsible for signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion surfaces to drive PLG metrics at Firecrawl. You’ll own funnel instrumentation, experiments, and end-to-end product surfaces that impact growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion
  • Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship the changes that move real metrics
  • Build full-stack, from the frontend a developer first touches to the backend that powers it
  • Treat conversion and activation as your number. You own it, measure it, and move it
  • Work close to the data: form hypotheses, test them, and iterate fast on what works

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned
  • Strong full-stack engineer who's worked on growth or PLG products
  • Have personally owned a conversion, activation, or funnel metric and moved it
  • Experience with developer-facing products (SDKs, playgrounds, docs, APIs) and developer adoption
  • Track record of tenure and delivering outcomes, not just features
  • Ability to ship, measure, and iterate quickly; comfortable with fast pace
  • Bonus: experience shipping in-product growth surfaces at a dev-tools or SaaS company; familiarity with Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, PostgreSQL; experience with LLMs in production
