Senior full-stack engineer responsible for end-to-end monetization surfaces and revenue-focused experiments at Firecrawl. Owns pricing, plans, upgrade flows, and self-serve to sales handoff; emphasizes growth/PLG metrics and conversion outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monetization surfaces end to end: pricing, plans, upgrade flows, and the self-serve to sales handoff
  • Instrument the revenue funnel, run pricing and packaging experiments, and ship changes that move paid conversion and expansion
  • Treat paid conversion and net revenue retention as your number. You own it, measure it, and move it

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG experience and metrics ownership
  • Personally owned a revenue metric (paid conversion, upgrade rate, expansion, or NRR) and moved it
  • Experience with developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, docs surfaces) and understanding developer adoption of tools
  • Proven ability to run real A/B tests and discuss learnings
  • Track record of tenure and delivering outcomes end-to-end rather than just features
  • Willingness to work onsite in SF five days a week and operate in a fast-paced environment
