About the role

Designer role focused on creating launch visuals and AI-powered design workflows. You will collaborate with the Creative Lead to build Alloy, the AI workspace for brand and creative tools, and produce launch videos/assets to support a rapid launch cadence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and animate launch videos and social assets for a constant launch cadence
  • Concept launches with the Creative Lead from the first idea, and push back when a brief is wrong
  • Build systems/tools/workflows to speed up the design process and add reusable primitives to Alloy
  • Shape the brand system in Alloy (type, color, motion, rules) to feel like Firecrawl

Qualifications

  • Taste evidenced by a launch video portfolio (with AI or without) and ability to own the project end-to-end
  • Experience building tools or workflows with AI to accelerate production (engineering background not required)
  • Ability to work directly with leaders (no heavy approval chains) and own outcomes
  • Nice to have: range across formats (posters/illustration) and After Effects fluency
