About the role

Finance Manager at Metaview responsible for owning day-to-day financial operations across US and UK entities, including collections, accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, and month-end close, with a focus on building an AI-driven finance function.

Responsibilities

  • Own collections and AP, the single point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Own month-end close and consolidation across our US and UK entities.
  • Own payroll and sales commissions, working directly with Sales and RevOps.
  • Own the tools behind our finance stack, from selection through implementation, and keep spend under control.
  • Build AI-driven automation into reconciliations, reporting, and close.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with a few years in-house since qualifying.
  • You've owned a month-end close end to end, not supported one.
  • Multi-entity or cross-border (US/UK) experience.
  • You take a process and own it - you'd rather deliver finished work than ask permission at every step.
  • You find building the playbook appealing.
  • You double-check everything and usually catch what others miss.
  • You're excited to use AI to make accounting work faster and more accurate, not just to use the tools you're handed.
