About the role

Sierra seeks a Software Engineer, Agent to design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents and contribute to the Agent Development Life Cycle, partnering with enterprises and startups to scale AI agent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents: build, ship, and operate highly performant, reliable, and intuitive agents in production across industries.
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): own the lifecycle from pilot to deployment and continuous iteration, setting best practices for ADLC.
  • Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and deploy AI agents at scale.
  • Build the future of Sierra's platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating across research, product, and platform teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and a track record of shipping
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Strong English and Korean communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
