About the role

Staff Product Manager role owning AI security products within SentinelOne's AI Security business unit (built from Prompt Security acquisition). End-to-end ownership with high autonomy, focusing on securing agentic AI, translating market needs into best-in-class products, and collaborating across R&D, design, GTM, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own products with autonomy, framing problems, prototyping, and driving from concept to shipped product
  • Build and ship hands-on using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to prototype, spec, and deliver features
  • Join a high-velocity team delivering solutions to large enterprises across R&D, design, and GTM
  • Think critically, define outcomes, not just outputs, and interpret underlying problems
  • Conduct user interviews and usability sessions; stay close to product usage, messaging, and sales
  • Drive commercial success with sales and marketing through technical demos, documentation, and enablement
  • Become the recognized expert on securing AI, staying current with market trends and AI risk best practices

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product management for B2B SaaS security products with a track record of launching enterprise products that address emerging technology risk and sell
  • Builder's instinct with hands-on prototyping using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code)
  • High autonomy with sound judgment; startup experience a strong plus
  • Comfort building features and engaging with customers/prospects; able to work with engineers and users
  • Strong command of enterprise security, compliance, and security operations; familiarity with generative and agentic AI risk (prompt injection, jailbreaking, toxicity, red-teaming, agentic/MCP systems)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts succinctly to engineers and executives
  • Founder-grade ownership and commercial mindset (focus on sell-through as well as shipping
