About the role

Brand new role focused on leading how customers first experience Metaview, from contract signing to steady state. Responsible for configuration, training, and enabling users across the Metaview agents, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, adoption, and measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Run the implementations for our most strategic customers: work through the plan for each new account, drive the setup, keep it on track, and make sure the customer always knows what happens next.
  • Build each customer’s version of Metaview: write instructions that tell Metaview's agents what a great candidate looks like for each role, provide context on company hiring, create note templates around the customer’s interview process, and connect Metaview to their ATS and stack; progress to advanced features after basics are working.
  • Run the trainings: end user sessions, hiring manager onboarding, custom loom videos; ensure sustained usage and increasing adoption across all users.
  • Watch adoption: identify teams/users not fully landed and apply targeted training or configuration changes; be the customer’s first point of contact during onboarding.
  • Leave things reusable: turn what you build into assets for future implementations and share learnings about onboarding effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • A couple of years into implementation, onboarding or professional services at a B2B SaaS company with a complex, multi-module product
  • Experience in operations within recruitment tools and workflows
  • Metaview experience is a plus but not required
