About the role
Product Manager focused on enterprise-grade AI agents for Sierra's Financial Services team, partnering with engineers and customers to build, ship, and scale AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily and shaping the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents: partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
- Engage with customers: discover and assess requirements; prepare and present demonstrations; address and overcome technical challenges; develop and improve Sierra virtual agents; become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies.
- Shape the product roadmap: work with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features essential to customer success.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
- Past experience in Product Management or similar senior product role
- Experience in financial services (banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance, mortgages, wealth management)
- Track record of taking products from ambiguous problems through launch and scale
- Strong technical fluency: APIs, data flows, system architecture, AI systems, integrations, failure modes
- Exceptional product judgment balancing customer needs, speed, reliability, risk, and platform leverage
- Experience with enterprise customers and communicating with executives and technical teams
- Builder mindset: hands-on prototyping and investigation rather than solely process
- Clear, structured communication to diverse audiences in fast-moving environments
- Degree in technical field or equivalent experience
