About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for leading a dedicated product, roadmap, and team (product, design, engineering) to drive user impact and business outcomes for Topline Pro’s agentic marketing products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product for a dedicated, world class product, design, and engineering pod to build high-impact features that our users love
  • Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for Topline Pro agentic marketing products to empower pros to grow their businesses faster
  • Successfully ship new features and drive adoption in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Deeply understand our customers through continuous user research and collaboration across the business
  • Effectively communicate and document progress + learnings across the organization
  • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work with leadership to define product strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time industry experience in product management, with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development practices
  • Experience building AI-powered products is a plus
  • User-centric—passion for creating great user experiences and products customers love
  • Ambitious—desire to invent new features that change the game and deliver business impact
  • Data-driven—tracking and measuring performance, analytics, hypothesis-driven experiments
  • Resourceful—willing to validate concepts and deliver results in an early stage environment
  • Clear communicator—articulate priorities and maintain alignment across a hypergrowth organization
