About the role

Software Engineer role focusing on designing and delivering production-grade AI agents, owning the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment, and collaborating with enterprises and startups to evolve Sierra's AI agent platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and implement AI agents at scale
  • Build the future of the Sierra platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating across teams

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
