About the role

Strategist responsible for end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle, serving as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, and aligning Sierra’s AI agent capabilities with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production iteration.
  • Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding success metrics and shaping AI strategy to achieve them.
  • Partner with the customer's working teams day to day, run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep the build on track for launch.
  • Directly impact product by surfacing unmet customer needs and feeding them back to research and platform teams.

Qualifications

  • Customer obsession with ability to engage with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Technical aptitude to engage with API docs, data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
  • Ownership and delivery track record of leading multiple complex, high-visibility projects.
