Responsibilities

  • Transform member requests into delightful experiences
  • Provide meaningful solutions, swift responses, crystal-clear information, and transparent guidance
  • Master the Spanish healthcare system and the needs of Alan’s B2B partners
  • Work on projects to improve Care processes and member experiences
  • Lead end-to-end implementations and drive data-driven improvements
  • Guide and inspire fellow team members and help shape the future of Care at Alan
  • Design member empowerment initiatives, collaborate on cross-community product innovations, and attract Care talent

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-support role
  • Master Spanish and English at full working proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Passion for caring for members and solving their problems
  • Love for written communication
  • Confidence with technology, digital tools, and AI
  • Very empathetic mindset
  • Motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Thrives in collaborative environments with knowledge sharing
  • Bonus: knowledge of how the Spanish healthcare system works
