Responsibilities

  • Be a relationship consultant and work with clients for the duration of their contract after implementation
  • Handle basic customer questions and quarterly business reviews

  • Lead client launch calls, advise on best practices within the software, and deliver training to accounting teams (Accounting Technology Consultant track)
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and build outreach strategies to engage senior-level executives (Business Development Representative track)

Qualifications

  • Accounting background

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid London environment (office 3 days a week)
