About the role

Operations Expert at Alan in Lyon, responsible for running and improving insurance and health services processes, monitoring operations, managing partnerships, and implementing continuous improvements to deliver delight and efficiency across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Run our Insurance or Health services processes
  • Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
  • Flag risks and opportunities
  • Operating our processes: invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams
  • Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement
  • Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
  • Performing controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needs
  • Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to improve processes and services
  • Implementing continuous improvements to processes (approximately 20-30% of the time) such as automating processes, improving external communication, auditing processes, and automation

Qualifications

  • A2-B1 level range experience (salary/equity guidance referenced)
